The buyer pays me first. I finish the handover. Then I send you your money. You are never waiting on a stranger — you are waiting on me.
Who takes the risk

The seller is not sitting and hoping a buyer keeps his word. The buyer is not paying a stranger and hoping. Both of you are dealing with one person who has been doing this since 2020 — and my name is the only thing I really have.
How the price is fixed
I fix the price. Both sides know their number.
I have watched this market since 2020. I know what things really sell for.
I do not ask the seller to guess a number. I do not let a buyer push the price down. I decide what it is worth, from what similar accounts have actually sold for lately.
First I tell the seller plainly: this will sell for X. That is the money he gets. Then I add my own bit on top, and that is the price I give the buyer.
Nobody is guessing. The seller knows what comes to him. The buyer knows what he pays. Nothing is added later.

Why I started
I got tired of watching people lose their money.
Back in 2020 there was no safe place to buy or sell these accounts. People paid strangers and hoped. Every week somebody lost money and had nobody to go to after.
So I became the middleman I wished was there. Every deal comes through me. I check both sides, I keep the record, and I stay reachable after it is done. You talk to me, not to a help desk or a bot.
Today there are 2000+ people in the group and they keep coming back for one reason: deals finish, and nobody gets cheated. That is the only thing I am really selling.

I need an account today. Can you do it?
Usually yes. Message me with what you need and your budget. I will tell you right away what I have, and if I do not have it, whether I can get it today.
As a seller, when do I get my money?
After the buyer has paid me and the handover is done. The money always comes to me first, never straight between you two. So you are never left chasing a buyer who has gone quiet.
How do I know you will not cheat me?
Ask in the group before you deal — members will tell you the truth, good or bad. Check my number on the scammer list too. And remember the order: nobody pays in advance, and the buyer always checks before the seller gets paid.
What do I actually get with an AdSense account?
The whole thing — the real Gmail and the real AdSense account, with the recovery details handed over properly. If a seller will not give the real Gmail, I will not sell it.
My account has a warning on it. Can you still sell it?
Tell me straight away. I can often still sell it, at a lower price, to a buyer who knows exactly what he is getting. What I will not do is hide it from the buyer.
Someone cheated me. Can you help?
If it happened outside my deals I cannot get your money back, and I will not pretend I can. What I can do is put them on the public list with your proof, so the next person searches the number and walks away.
What is DVA?
DVA means Deal Via Admin. It is for when you and the other person already know each other and have agreed a price, but neither wants to go first. Then I only stand in the middle: the buyer checks it works, then the seller gets paid. Flat 2%, taken once after the deal is done. Most people do not need this — they just ask me to sell for them.
